Introduction to Foreign Tank Vessels (FTV) Training (WBT)

This introduction to Foreign Tank Vessels (FTV) Training was designed and developed for the U.S. Coast Guard - Marine Inspector Performance Support Architecture (MIPSA). This training course is one in a series of courses developed for the U.S Coast Guard - MIPSA.

I was responsible for fully programming three of the six training courses in this particular series from start to finish. Each training course is developed with a "course specific" set of resourses and glossary. The courses feature Knowledge Check interactions, linking, complex branching, audio transcript, and a end of course assessment that is reported back to the U.S. Coast Guard's LMS.

I developed all of the audio using WellSaid software and all visual content developed in Adobe Photoshop - photos provided by the U.S. Coast Guard - MIPSA.

In addition to programming and developing the screen images, each course includes a full course PDF that can be downloaded and printed.

All training courses and each full course PDFs are fully 508 compliant.

Once each training course has been rigorously QA'd and tested, I was responsible for the SCORM wrapped files delivered to the U.S Coast Guard.
